Expansion
To expand our programs, we aim to grow beyond our 6 acres and acquire an additional 20 acres by 2025.
Long Term Sustainability
With a larger swath of land, we will be able to provide homes for large animals, more animals, and expand habitat restoration work.
Where are we now?
Mystery Meadows is a not-for-profit organization located in LaSalle County, Illinois. Our co-founders provided part of their home’s land to begin our sanctuary and to start the cultivation of native plants. As an organization, we aim to acquire nearby “mono crop” farmland to further our habitat restoration work and permaculture gardening, pasture to build our sanctuary, or nearby forested land for wildlife conservation. With your help, we can accomplish this sooner.
